NOVELTY - Preparation of nano-titanium dioxide/graphene composite material, involves respectively mixing positively charged titania sol and graphene oxide sol to form negatively charged flocculant precipitate, and performing hydrothermal reduction of sodium borate to obtain nano-titanium dioxide/graphene composite material. USE - Preparation of nano-titanium dioxide/graphene composite material for use as super capacitor electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The nano-titanium dioxide/graphene composite material is featured with large specific surface area, good electrochemical performance, high specific capacity and good cycle stability. The preparation material is safe and nontoxic. The preparation process is simple and safe, and is easy to carry out industrialization. The preparation cost is reduced.
