NOVELTY - A composite sintering aid comprises beryllium fluoride and fluorine-containing silane coupling agent modified graphene oxide. USE - The composite sintering aid used for enhancing insulating effect and/or enhancing thermal conductivity of composite sintering aid-containing ceramic insulating layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high heat dissipation metal substrate has high heat-conducting effect, excellent insulating performance, high bonding force, and compact material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the: (1) high heat dissipation metal substrate comprising 1-10 wt.% composite sintering aid; and (2) preparation of high heat dissipation metal substrate for LED comprising polishing metal substrate, cleaning and drying printed surface, coating printing surface with ceramic slurry, sintering, cooling to room temperature to form a ceramic layer, immersing in the sol until the surface of the ceramic layer is smooth, grading, drying, and performing heat treatment.
