▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Silver-plated graphene/synthetic rubber latex composition comprises silver-plated graphene and synthetic rubber latex, where based on the solid content of the synthetic rubber latex being 100 pts. wt., the content of the silver-plated graphene is 0.1-10 pts. wt., preferably 0.1-3 pts. wt. USE - The composition is used for preparing an adhesive film product. The composition and/or the adhesive film is used in a rubber composition (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - In the latex composition, the modified graphene is plated with silver on the surface to obtain the graphene covered with silver, and then forms a silver-plated graphene/synthetic rubber latex composition with the synthetic rubber latex. The latex composition has antibacterial properties and excellent mechanical properties. The preparation method has the advantages of simple equipment, simple operation, excellent controllability, and facilitating industrial amplification. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a preparation method of a silver-plated graphene/synthetic rubber latex composition, involving mixing and stirring the graphene solution and the silver salt solution, adding the synthetic rubber latex, stirring and mixing, to obtain the silver-plated graphene/synthetic rubber latex composition, preferably (a) dispersing graphene in a solvent to obtain a graphene precursor dispersion, dissolving the surface modifier in the solvent to obtain a surface modifier solution, and mixing the graphene precursor dispersion liquid and the surface modifier solution to obtain a modified graphene solution, (b) mixing and stirring the modified graphene solution obtained in step (a) with the silver salt solution to obtain a silver-plated graphene solution, and (c) mixing the silver-plated graphene solution and the synthetic rubber latex to obtain a silver-plated graphene/synthetic rubber latex composition; (2) an adhesive film product containing silver-plated graphene, prepared from the silver-plated graphene/synthetic rubber latex composition; (3) a preparation method of an adhesive film product containing silver-plated graphene, involving drying the silver-plated graphene/synthetic rubber latex composition into a film, preferably fully immersing the mold in the coagulant solution and drying, fully immersing in the silver-plated graphene/synthetic rubber latex composition, taking it out, drying and demolding, and drying the demolded film to obtain the film product, where the coagulant solution is chosen from at least one of calcium nitrate solution and calcium chloride-absolute ethanol solution; and (4) a rubber composition comprising the silver-plated graphene/synthetic rubber latex composition and/or its adhesive film.
