NOVELTY - Preparing fiber-grade graphene/polyethylene terephthalate masterbatch involves preparing graphene oxide (GO), and then modify the graphene oxide particles with the silane coupling agent KH560. The modified graphene oxide particles are repeatedly vacuum-filtered and washed to neutrality, after vacuum drying, they are ground by a ball mill backup. The dried graphene oxide and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) are feed into a twin-screw extruder in powder form through a separate feed to prepare a high-concentration graphene masterbatch. The mass ratio of the graphene oxide and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) powder in the feed is 1:3-10. USE - Method for preparing fiber-grade graphene/polyethylene terephthalate masterbatch used in textile fiber spinning (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process is simple, has good compatibility with existing screw extrusion equipment, and the preparation process is easy to be continuous, which is convenient for industrial chemical production.
