▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method for preparing three-dimensional graphene by template process, involves dispersing graphene oxide and melamine or dicyandiamide in solvent to obtain dispersion, adding dilute nitric acid, dilute sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid to resulting dispersion to obtain precipitate, filtering, washing with absolute ethanol, suction filtering, re-dispersing with ethanol to different shapes of molds, drying to obtain precursor, heating under argon or nitrogen atmosphere and heating to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene by template process. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of three-dimensional commercially available graphene with price of 100-1000 yuan/g. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene by template process, involves dispersing 5-500 mg graphene oxide and 2.5-50 g melamine or dicyandiamide in 0.2-2 L solvent to obtain dispersion, adding 0.1-2 mol/L concentration of 0.05-1 L dilute nitric acid, dilute sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid to resulting dispersion to obtain precipitate, filtering the precipitate, washing with absolute ethanol for three times, suction filtering, re-dispersing with ethanol to different shapes of molds, drying at 70 degrees C for 10 hours to obtain precursor, heating the precursor at the rate of 1-2 degrees C/minute under argon or nitrogen atmosphere, heating (i) at 300-400 degrees C for 2 hours and again heating (ii) at 750-900 degrees C at the rate of 5 degrees C/minute for 2 hours to obtain final product.
