NOVELTY - A target substrate is cleaned, dried, and subjected to activation treatment to add hydroxy on target substrate. Thin film is formed on one side of substrate. The side of flexible substrate without thin film is squeezed to preclude vesicles between thin film and target substrate. Flexible substrate and target substrate are squeezed before thin film is dried to enable thin film and target substrate to be in contact. Flexible substrate is torn to transfer thin film from flexible substrate to target substrate. Thus, graphene or oxidized graphene thin film is transferred. USE - Transfer method of graphene or oxidized graphene thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently transfers Transfer method of graphene or oxidized graphene thin film, by simple method without using organic material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A target substrate is cleaned, and subjected to drying treatment. The obtained target substrate is subjected to activation treatment to add hydroxy on the surface of target substrate. A thin film is formed on one side of the flexible substrate in vacuum suction filtration device, and thin film is provided on the side of flexible substrate on target substrate in 30 seconds under moist atmosphere. The side of flexible substrate without thin film is squeezed using a brush to preclude the vesicles between the thin film and the target substrate. The flexible substrate and target substrate are squeezed using an extruder before thin film is dried to enable the thin film and the target substrate to be in full contact. The flexible substrate is gradually torn to transfer thin film from flexible substrate to target substrate. Thus, graphene or oxidized graphene thin film is transferred.
