NOVELTY - Preparation of antibacterial nylon fabric comprises selecting graphene oxide, buffer solution content and proper material substrate; uniformly dispersing graphene oxide into water, adding buffer solution and auxiliary agent and stirring to form graphene oxide dispersion liquid; placing fabric substrate in dyeing cylinder, slowly adding prepared graphene oxide dispersion into dyeing cylinder, heating to 50-105 degrees C, and keeping temperature for 20-120 minutes; adding color fixing agent to dyeing cylinder, raising the temperature to 30-60 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 10-50 minutes, washing fabric base material and discharging cylinder; and drying washed fabric base material. USE - The method is useful for preparation of antibacterial nylon fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple technique, easy operation, high yield, low cost, good washing fastness, no special requirement for manufacturing technique of chinlon fabric and graphene oxide adding amount is small, high utilization rate, strong functionality, small environmental pressure, graphene oxide and fabric has strong bonding firmness, good washing resistance, no special device and process requirement in the preparation process, and can be produced by the existing equipment of the dyeing plant.
