▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-light polyurethane imide material porous comprises (i) adding pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and methanol to dimethylformamide at 50-60degrees Celsius to dissolve the (PMDA) into a uniform transparent solution and cooling to room temperature, (ii) adding conductive carbon material castor oil, ionic water, silicone oil, tertiary amine catalyst and organic tin catalyst to the transparent solution, mixing uniformly to obtain a suspension, and (iii) quickly stirring the suspension obtained with isocyanate at a rate of 2000 revolutions/minutes for 5-10 minutes to make it quickly react to obtain an intermediate, and imidizing at 160-200degrees Celsius for 20-200 minutes to obtain the porous material. USE - The method for preparation of ultra-light environmentally friendly electromagnetic porous damage composite material useful for forming electromagnetic interference cloud group in the air, and damaging the electromagnetic cloud of the target signal (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ultra-light environment-friendly electromagnetic porous damage composite material has excellent mechanical property of polyurethane and excellent high temperature resistance and self-flame retardant property, and provides excellent electromagnetic shielding performance, and excellent mechanical performance and thermal stability. The sample preparation process does not generate harmful gas, using part of the biomass raw material, the obtained product has a certain biodegradation characteristic, has important meaning for green sustainable development, and has low cost of the target.
