NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene modified alkyl aryl silicone oil emulsion involves mixing 80 parts mass ethanol and 20 parts mass deionized water uniformly, adding n-octyltrimethoxysilane and graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring mixture for 3-5 hours and obtaining modified graphene oxide by centrifuging, washing and vacuum drying, adding 10-30 parts mass alkyl aryl silicone oil, 5-10 parts mass dimethicone, 5-15 parts mass oxidized polyethylene wax, 4-15 parts mass polyether modified silicone oil, 4-10 parts mass alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (10) (OP10), 2-8 parts mass Span80 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate), 3-7 parts mass triethanolamine borate and 1-3 parts mass modified graphene oxide to emulsifier, stirring and heating mixture, slowly adding 10-40 parts mass deionized water, homogenizing motor dispersion, adding anti-rust corrosion inhibitor and antibacterial agent, diluting to 30% solid content, and turning on homogeneous motor again. USE - Preparation of graphene modified alkyl aryl silicone oil emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The method uses special silane coupling agent to modify surface of graphene oxide, and adds modified graphene oxide to alkyl aryl silicone oil for co-emulsification which uniformly disperses graphene into alkyl aryl silicone oil. The modified silicone oil emulsion has excellent lubricating effect, effectively reduces casting damage during die casting demolding process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene modified alkyl aryl silicone oil emulsion involves mixing 80 parts mass ethanol and 20 parts mass deionized water uniformly, adding acetic acid to adjust pH of 3-3.5, adding 2-5 parts mass n-octyltrimethoxysilane and stirring, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide, obtaining modified graphene oxide by centrifuging, washing and vacuum drying, adding 10-30 parts mass alkyl aryl silicone oil, 5-10 parts mass dimethicone, 5-15 parts mass oxidized polyethylene wax, 4-15 parts mass polyether modified silicone oil, 4-10 parts mass alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (10) (OP10), 2-8 parts mass Span80m (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate), 3-7 parts mass triethanolamine borate and 1-3 parts mass modified graphene oxide to emulsifier, stirring and heating mixture to 50-70 degrees C, slowly adding 10-40 parts mass deionized water, homogenizing motor dispersion for 30-60 minutes, adding 1-3 parts mass anti-rust corrosion inhibitor and 0.1-1.2 parts mass antibacterial agent, diluting to 30% solid content, and turning on homogeneous motor again for 0-40 minutes to discharge.
