NOVELTY - Preparing high-efficient heat-conducting surface-modified graphene film, comprises coating graphene oxide aqueous dispersion onto the substrate, then immersing the substrate with dispersion in coagulating liquid, taking out the substrate, drying to obtain single-layered self-assembled composite graphene oxide film, coating the carbon nanotube dispersion onto the substrate with composite film, repeating immersing and drying process to obtain multi-layered self-assembled high-efficient heat-conducting composite graphene oxide film, and coating nano metal powder dispersion onto the surface to obtain final product, where the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion or nano metal powder and carbon nanotube dispersion are obtained by ultrasonically dispersing and mixing components in distilled water; and the solute of the coagulating liquid is ionic liquid, amine or inorganic salt. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-efficient heat-conducting surface-modified graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method: is easy to operate and suitable for mass production; has low production cost; improves thermal conductivity in Z-direction; and ensures high mechanical performance of graphene film.
