▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing tire, comprises (i) forming a tread part of a tire; (ii) forming a belt layer arranged under the tread part; (iii) forming of the belt layer comprises oxidizing graphite to prepare a dispersion solution containing graphene oxide; (iv) coating a surface of a steel cord using the dispersion solution; and (v) rolling a rubber for topping on the steel cord; (vi) coating of the surface of the steel cord comprises coating the dispersion solution on the surface of the steel cord using an electrostatic spray deposition process; (vii) rolling a topping rubber on a coated steel cord, and performing a vulcanization process on the topping rubber including the steel cord to form the belt layer; (viii) curing process is performed within a temperature range of 165-190 degrees C; and (ix) coating of the surface of the steel cord comprises forming a graphene oxide coating layer to have a thickness of 0.25 micrometer or more and 0.5 micrometer or less from the surface of the steel cord. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing tire. ADVANTAGE - The method: is possible to manufacture a tire with improved durability by increasing the adhesion between the steel cord and the topping rubber.
