▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Silicone rubber/graphene/silver nanowire nanocomposite material comprises 100 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 0.05-1 pt. wt. graphene, and 0.01-0.5 pt. wt. silver nanowires. The silicone rubber is filled in three-dimensional continuous conductive network skeleton constructed by graphene/silver nanowires. The three-dimensional continuous porous material in which conductive skeleton is interwoven with graphene and silver nanowires. USE - The nanocomposite material is used for electromagnetic shielding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has conductivity of up to 104 S/m, filler amount of only 1.5 wt.%, and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness at 8.2-12.4 GHz of more than 40dB. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the nanocomposite material comprising peeling 1-15 mg/mL graphite oxide solution into graphene oxide by ultrasonic treatment at 40-500 W/25 minutes-500 kHz/20-60 minutes or high speed stirring at 3000-12000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 30-120 minutes to obtain graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, adding silver nanowire into 1-10 mg/mL graphene oxide aqueous dispersion by ultrasonic treatment at 40-500 W/25 minutes-500 kHz/1-60 minutes or high speed stirring at 500-10000 rpm for 1-60 minutes to obtain stable graphene oxide/silver nanowire dispersion, heating dispersion with chemical reducing agent at 1-50:1 mass ratio at 50~95 degrees C for 1-48 hours to obtain graphite/silver nanowire hydrogel, freezing hydrogel at - 196-- 5 degrees C for 0.5-24 hours, freeze-drying at - 80-- 40 degrees C and 1.3-13 Pa for 12-48 hours, soaking obtained network frame into silicone rubber in low-boiling point organic solvent solution, and vulcanizing at 25-200 degrees C for 10 minutes-24 hours. The chemical reducing agent is hydrazine hydrate, dimethylhydrazine, phenylhydrazine, p-methylsulfonylhydrazine, hydrogen iodide, tannic acid, gallic acid, vitamin C, aniline, ethylenediamine, ammonia, hydroquinone, polyphenol, sodium citrate, glucose, fructose, and/or sucrose. The low-boiling point organic solvent is n-hexane, acetone, chloroform, methylene dichloride, or tetrahydrofuran. The concentration of silicone rubber solution is 5-90 wt.%.
