▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene on a diamond surface, involves (a) performing pretreatment of diamond surface to remove surface impurities and surface stress, (b) uniformly mixing the processed diamond particles and iron-nickel powder, loading into a graphite crucible, placing in a tube furnace, quickly heating up, and cooling to room temperature after annealing, and (c) taking out the reacted sample obtained in step (b), sieving, soaking in dilute acid, washing and drying to obtain graphene diamond powder coated on the surface. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene on a diamond surface. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids the introduction of impurities and lattice defects during the secondary transfer process, and the grown graphene has smaller lattice mismatch and surface changes.
