NOVELTY - Flue gas denitration agent comprises 40-70 pts. wt. urea, 15-30 pts. wt. activated carbon, 2-5 pts. wt. vanadium pentoxide, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 3-8 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, 6-15 pts. wt. ammonium sulfate, 1-5 pts. wt. tannin, 1-5 pts. wt. neodymium, 20-30 pts. wt. bentonite, 10-20 pts. wt. quicklime and 5-15 pts. wt. talc powder. USE - The flue gas denitration agent is useful in cement kiln (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flue gas denitration agent has high denitration efficiency, low cost; can be used for wet desulfurization; obviously reduce the content of nitrogen oxide after desulfurization and meets the national discharge standard. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing flue gas denitration agent for cement kiln; and (2) use of flue gas denitration agent for cement kilns comprising (a) adding the flue gas denitration agent to the desalting water to form a mixed solution and (b) using an atomizer to atomize the mixed solution to 20-60 mu m droplets and passing it into the flue gas, where the passing rate of droplet is 1.1-1.5m3/h.
