▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Paint composition comprises aluminum nitride powder and an epoxy resin. The aluminum nitride powder is pre-treated with ammonia plasma and then firstly treated with fatty acid or fatty acid salt having 8-20 carbon atoms so that hydrophobic alkyl group is present on the surface of the aluminum nitride powder and secondary treatment with methoxy-based compound (I) in the presence of hydrophilic polyethylene glycol group on the surface of the aluminum nitride powder. The aluminum nitride powder has flake shape, an average particle diameter of 1-20 mu m, and further comprises coronene as an additive. USE - The composition is useful for producing light-emitting diode lighting fixture (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition improves dispersibility of aluminum nitride powder, prevents thermal conduction network of aluminum nitride powder in coating film, increases thermal conductivity, improves compatibility between aluminum nitride powder and epoxy resin, prevents cracks in coating film and having uniform coating film adhesion, improves storage stability by maintaining branched phase of the aluminum nitride powder for long time, and has excellent heat dissipation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Paint composition comprises aluminum nitride powder and an epoxy resin.
