NOVELTY - The detector has a substrate, a graphene layer, noble metal nano particles, carbon quantum dots, and electrode. One side of substrate is fixedly provided with the graphene layer. Two ends of graphene layer far away from one side of the substrate are fixedly provided with one electrode. The noble metal nano particles are fixedly paved between two electrodes of one side of graphene layer far away from the substrate. One side of noble metal nano-particle far away from the graphene layer is fixedly paved with the carbon quantum dot, where the material of substrate is silicon or silicon nitride. USE - Used as photoelectric detector based on carbon quantum dots and noble metal nano particles. ADVANTAGE - The detector: generates more carriers in the absorption process; improves accuracy of detection; has faster separation process and higher sensitivity; also improves response speed; and makes the electron hole pair generated by carbon quantum dot quickly separated, so as to improve sensitivity and accuracy of detection.
