DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene high-conductivity composite aluminum alloy comprises: (i) connecting the smelting furnace with an inert gas source through a gas-guide tube, passing inert gas into the smelting furnace, maintaining the oxygen content in the smelting furnace to less than 1% within 3-5 minutes, maintaining inert gas condition in the furnace for 10-60 minutes, raising the temperature to 500-600 degrees C for 5-10 minutes; (ii) adding 30-60 wt.% aluminum alloy into the smelting furnace, reacting at 860-1100 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain molten aluminum-copper alloy substrate, adding remaining amount of aluminum alloy into the molten aluminum-copper alloy substrate, heating and stirring uniformly, adding silicon-calcium alloy and zinc-magnesium alloy into the molten aluminum-copper alloy substrate within 3-10 minutes, insulating heat for 3-5 minutes, mixing until all metals in the smelting furnace are in molten state, adding rare earth to the smelting furnace and stirring uniformly for 2-8 minutes to obtain molten aluminum alloy finished product; (iii) adding graphene into the molten aluminum alloy, stirring uniformly for 2-8 minutes, removing slag on the surface of molten aluminum alloy, casting and rolling to obtain aluminum alloy ingot blank; and (iv) adding alkaline solution into the aluminum alloy ingot blank, immersing and cleaning at 30-80 degrees C for 1-5 minutes, cooling to 0-10 degrees C, deionizing at a pressure of 1.5-5 times the atmospheric pressure, subjecting the aluminum alloy ingot blank to cold air drying, spraying rust preventive oil oil on aluminum alloy ingot blank at a pressure of 1.5-5 times of atmospheric pressure to obtain oil film having a thickness of 0.5-3 mm, then stopping the spraying of oil.
