NOVELTY - Polyethylene cable, comprises 15-18 pts. wt. polypropylene staple fibers, 40-50 pts. wt. low density polyethylene, 2-3 pts. wt. lauryl dimethylamine oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 12-15 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 28-35 pts. wt. wood powder, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator dithiodimorpholine, 8-12 pts. wt. polybutylene, 2-5 pts. wt. 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, 8-10 pts. wt. color concentrate, 10-13 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 2-3 pts. wt. additive. The additive comprises e.g. 6-8 pts. wt. zinc borate and 2-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - Used as polyethylene cable. ADVANTAGE - The method comprises addition of graphene oxide, which promotes the compatibility and recycling of waste resources, and is economical. The cable has excellent mechanical property and superior toughness, and is resistant to cold and heat. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polyethylene cable, comprises 15-18 pts. wt. polypropylene staple fibers, 40-50 pts. wt. low density polyethylene, 2-3 pts. wt. lauryl dimethylamine oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 12-15 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 28-35 pts. wt. wood powder, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator dithiodimorpholine (DTDM), 8-12 pts. wt. polybutylene, 2-5 pts. wt. 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, 8-10 pts. wt. color concentrate, 10-13 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 2-3 pts. wt. additive. The additive comprises 6-8 pts. wt. zinc borate, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. polyaspartic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. lithium iron phosphate, 8-10 pts. wt. ethanol, 15-18 pts. wt. silica (600-800 mesh). Preparing additive comprises dissolving lithium iron phosphate in ethanol, adding zinc borate, graphene oxide and polyaspartic acid mixing uniformly, adding silica, mixing uniformly, grinding, dispending for 20-30 minutes, drying the mixture at room temperature and removing ethanol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyethylene cable comprising (i) dissolving lauryl dimethylamine oxide in 15 pts. wt. water, adding graphene oxide, stirring to uniform dispersion, adding wood powder, mixing uniformly, grinding for 2-3 hours, concentrating to dryness, completely devoid of water to obtain modified wood powder, (ii) mixing polypropylene staple fibers, low density polyethylene and polybutylene, heating at 40-50 degrees C, adding dioctyl phthalate, mixing, dispersing for 20-30 minutes, adding modified wood powder obtained in step (i), stirring, dispersing 40-50 minutes, adding remaining components and transferring into high-speed blender, mixing uniformly, transferring into a twin-screw extrusion granulator and granulating.
