▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing copper/graphene/polymer composite fiber involves preparing copper fiber with a low surface roughness, and processing surface of the high-purity copper fiber by a polishing to prepare a copper fiber having a low surface roughness. A copper/graphene composite fiber is prepared, and a high-purity copper fiber is placed in a chemical vapor deposition tube furnace, and graphene is grown on the surface of the copper fiber by chemical vapor deposition to obtain a copper/graphene composite fiber. A copper/graphene/polymer multilayer composite fiber is prepared, and a copper/graphene composite fiber bundle is pulled by a tractor to pass through a molten thermoplastic polymer material. The mold is used to obtain a good infiltration of the composite fiber bundle and then extracted to prepare a copper/graphene/polymer multilayer composite fiber. USE - Method for preparing copper/graphene/polymer composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare copper/graphene/polymer composite fiber which has simple process condition, easy control of process, uniform distribution of composite conductive fiber material, tight combination, high quality of composite fiber, and yield is high.
