▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ferrous oxide-graphene composite electrode comprises (i) mixing the graphite powder and ferric nitrate at mass ratio of 1:0.3, sealing, ball milling, soaking the ball milling product in the inorganic acid to remove impurities, freezing and drying to obtain the ferrous oxide-graphene composite structure; and (ii) dispersing the ferrous oxide-graphene composite structure in absolute ethyl alcohol, adding perfluorosulfonic acid polymer, namely Nafion (Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) solution, processing ultrasonically to obtain uniformly dispersed ink, coating the ink on the surface of the carbon cloth, so that the dispersion mass of the ferrous oxide-graphene composite structure on the carbon cloth is 1mg/cm2 and drying naturally at room temperature. The inorganic acid comprises hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or nitric acid. USE - The method is useful for preparing ferrous oxide-graphene composite electrode is useful in the chlorine evolution reaction (claimed), chlorine precipitation electrocatalysis, hydrogen-chlorine regeneration fuel cell, chlor-alkali industry, seawater electrolysis, and salt-containing waste water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares ferrous oxide-graphene composite electrode without noble metal component, and with high activity and its CER electrocatalytic activity exceeds that of DSA, and it has the characteristics of low cost and high activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for ferrous oxide-graphene composite electrode, prepared as mentioned above.
