▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing foamed graphene-based metal azide composite, involves (i) using water as reaction medium, adding graphene oxide to ultrasonically processing and cooling, and repeating ultrasonic processing and cooling process for 3 times, (ii) adding soluble metal salt, nano metal or nano-metal oxide, ultrasonically and completely stirring, placing stirred solution in hydrothermal reaction kettle, hydrothermally reacting to obtain composite condensate glue, (iii) placing composite gel in liquid nitrogen for freeze-drying to obtain dried product, heating dried product under anaerobic conditions, controlling reaction at 300-1000 degrees C and protective gas flow rate at 10-30 ml/minute, and reacting to obtain reacted product, and (iv) placing sodium azide and stearic acid in gas generator, controlling reaction at 100-150 degrees C, passing azido acid to unidirectional product containing reaction product of step (iii) in vent tube, and reacting for more than 24 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing foamed graphene-based metal azide composite used as explosive (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the electrostatic sensitivity graphene conductive materials and improves the safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing foamed graphene-based metal azide composite, involves (i) using water as reaction medium, adding graphene oxide to ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes and cooling for 1 hour, and repeating the above ultrasonic processing and cooling process for 3 times, (ii) adding soluble metal salt, nano metal or nano-metal oxide, ultrasonically and completely stirring for 2 hours, placing the stirred solution in a hydrothermal reaction kettle, hydrothermally reacting in a constant temperature drying box at 180 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain a composite condensate glue, calculating the total amount of soluble metal salt, nano metal or nano-metal oxide and graphene oxide as 100 wt.% and the content of graphene oxide is 5-30 wt.%, (iii) placing the composite gel obtained in step (ii) in liquid nitrogen for freeze-drying to obtain a dried product, heating the dried product under anaerobic conditions, controlling the reaction temperature at 300-1000 degrees C, controlling protective gas flow rate at 10-30 ml/minute, and reacting for 10-60 minutes to obtain reacted product, and (iv) placing sodium azide and stearic acid in a gas generator, controlling the reaction temperature at 100-150 degrees C, passing the azido acid produced by the reaction to the unidirectional product containing the reaction product of step (iii) in the vent tube, and reacting for more than 24 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a foamed graphene-based metal azide composite prepared by the above method.
