NOVELTY - Environment-friendly and recyclable soft packaging material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. dextran, 30-60pts. wt. straw fiber, 25-45 pts. wt. dispersant, 15-25 pts. wt. sodium alginate, 10-20 pts. wt. oligomerization poly(vinyl alcohol) and 10-20 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol. USE - Used as environment-friendly and recyclable soft packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The material has low organic solvent content, easily obtains raw materials, high mechanical strength, good oxygen resistance and corrosion resistance and is simple to prepare and easy to recycle and use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (i) preparing straw fiber, dispersant and plasticizer; (ii) adding the straw fiber, glucan and low poly(vinyl alcohol) respectively in a blast drying device for drying, where the oligomeric poly(vinyl alcohol) and glucan are dried until the water content is less than 300 ppm and drying the straw fiber untill the water content is less than 2.5%; (iii) pouring the dried straw fiber, glucan and low poly(vinyl alcohol) into the mixer, adding dispersant, stirring speed is 250-400 revolutions/minute and the temperature is 50-60degrees Celsius, stirring for 25-40 minutes, adding polyethylene glycol and sodium alginate, stirring at a speed of 1100-1300 revolutions/minute, stirring for 15-20 minutes and stopping heating; (iv) cooling to 40degrees Celsius, keeping 40degrees Celsius, continuously stirring at a speed of 1400-1500 revolutions/minute, adding plasticizer, stirring for 25-35 seconds, adding white carbon black agent and stirring for 15-20 seconds to discharge; and (v) moving the mixed material into the same direction double-screw extruder storage hopper with length-diameter ratio greater than 96:1, setting the processing temperature of the double-screw extruder at 140degrees Celsius, after the temperature reaches the required process temperature, keeping the temperature for 3-6 minutes, starting the double-screw extruder, controlling the absolute vacuum degree of the double-screw extruder less than 5000 Pa, where the rotating speed of the host screw is 100-500 revolutions/minute, extruding and granulating, and cooling to obtain the environment-friendly and recyclable flexible packing material.
