NOVELTY - The method involves using a silane coupling agent for performing an upper lead powder process, and obtaining grapheme oxide coating lead powder, where the agent is one of gamma-ammonia propyl second diethoxy silane, N-(beta-aminoethyl)-ammonia propyl methyl dimethoxy silane, N-(Beta-aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropyl ammonia, ammonia ethyl ammonia ethyl ammonia propyl trimethoxy silane, and alkyl silane gas. A graphene coated composite material lead powder, barium sulfate, short fiber, conductive agent e.g. conductive graphite, and an evolution inhibitor e.g. indium oxide, are poured in a container. USE - Graphene coated lead powder composite material preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving strength, charging and discharging performance and power density of lead powder composite material.
