NOVELTY - Anti-wear lubricant additive comprises 60-80 pts. wt. base oil, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene/zinc oxide blend powder, 0.2-1 pts. wt. coupling agent, 5-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide nano powder, 5-15 pts. wt. tourmaline nano powder, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - The additive is useful for mechanical device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The additive: synergizes through polymorphic nano components (e.g. titanium dioxide nano powder and tourmaline nano powder); improves friction, and wear and thermal conductivity; makes lubricating oil additives have super strong adsorption, oxidation resistance and stability; and maintains excellent mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anti-wear lubricant additive, comprising (i) adding titanium dioxide nano powder, tourmaline nano powder and coupling agent to a high-speed mixer, heating to 100-130 degrees C, and stirring for 30-90 minutes, (ii) adding graphene/zinc oxide blend powder to the high speed mixer, and stirring at 90-110 degrees C for 5-30 minutes, and (iii) adding base oil, dispersant and antioxidant to the high-speed mixer, and stirring and mixing for 1-3 hours.
