▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Solid lubricating rolling bearing comprises outer ring (210) with outer raceway surface (211). An inner ring (220) having inner raceway surface (221), multiple rolling elements arranged between the outer track surface and the inner track, and a holder for holding and uniformly separating the rolling body (230) between the inner ring and the outer ring. A lubricating coating is arranged on the surface of at least one of the outer surface of the track, the inner raceway and the rolling surface. The lubricant coating comprises at least diamond-like carbon-based coating. The composition element of the diamond-shaped carbon coating comprises carbon, hydrogen and doping elements. The doping element comprises 50-70 wt.% weak carbide-forming metal elements, 50-80 wt.% strong carbide-forming metal elements and non-metal elements. USE - The rolling bearing is useful as key part of rotating joint of aerospace mechanism. ADVANTAGE - The rolling bearing has excellent friction performance at low temperature, and excellent friction and mechanical performance, and can realize stable and super-sliding in the wide temperature range of low temperature (low to -80℃).
