NOVELTY - The collector has a conductive thin film with a corrugated structure formed on a surface. A graphene single layer is formed on the conductive film. Multiple metal nanoparticles are provided on a graphene layer. A concave-convex portion is formed at regular intervals, and includes a protrusion and a concave portion. An average distance between the concave and protruding portions is determined for about 270 to 290 nanometers. An average height between the protruding and concave portions is determined for about 9 to 13 nanometers. A metal of the metal nanoparticle is selected from a group consisting of gold, silver, tin and zinc. USE - Current collector for a lithium metal battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The current collector has high coulombic efficiency and improved life characteristics, and suppresses lithium dendrite growth at an anode to prevent an internal short circuit of the lithium metal battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a current collector for a lithium metal battery.
