▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Rubber foam material comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber latex, 5-200 pts. wt. curdlan, 10-500 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 0.5-20 pts. wt. surfactant and 1-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent. USE - Used as rubber foam material. ADVANTAGE - The material: improves the traditional latex foaming process; introduces curdlan as gelling agent; achieves high filler filling; and has low density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the rubber foam material, comprising adding thermal conductive filler, surfactant and curdlan into deionized water and fully stirring and mixing, then adding other ingredients and stirring at low speed until the mixture is uniform, and starting the high-speed stirring to foam, continuously stirring and foaming and heating the foaming liquid, then cooling to room temperature to obtain hydrogel, drying the hydrogel, and vulcanizing to obtain rubber foam material.
