NOVELTY - The fiber-loaded transition metal polystyrene building material comprises 6-8 pts. wt. zirconium oxychloride, 7-9 pts. wt. nickel chloride, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. styrene, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. dibenzoyl peroxide, 100-110 pts. wt. polystyrene, 2-3 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.3-1 pt. wt. benzotriazole, 0.6-1 pt. wt. triethanolamine, 0.3-1 pt. wt. fatty acid polyethylene glycol ester, 1-2 pts. wt. cellulose phosphate, 0.4-1 pt. wt. polyvinyl butyraldehyde, 5-7 pts. wt. montmorillonite and 2-3 pts. wt. calcium lactate. USE - Fiber-loaded transition metal polystyrene building material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The toughness of finished material is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of fiber-loaded transition metal polystyrene building material, which involves adding hydroxyethyl cellulose to deionized water, raising the temperature to 47-50 degrees C for 2-3 minutes, to obtain fiber aqueous dispersion, adding montmorillonite to 10-15 mol/l sulfuric acid solution, stirring for 20-30 minutes, filtering, washing the mixture for 3-4 times, drying at room temperature, then adding benzotriazole and anhydrous ethanol, stirring, adding cellulose phosphate, increasing the temperature by 50-60 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, removing ethanol, adding graphene oxide to deionized water and dispersing for 100-120 minutes, to obtain graphene dispersion, mixing zirconium oxychloride and nickel chloride mixed, adding deionized water, to obtain graphene dispersion, dropping 10-14% ammonia to adjust pH to 10-11, adding fiber aqueous dispersion and stirring for 6-7 hours, washing the precipitate for 2-3 times and drying at 76-80 degrees C for 20-25 hours, to obtain pre-treated graphene, mixing pretreated graphene and fiber filler, adding dimethyl formamide, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-2 hours, to obtain amide dispersion, adding polyvinyl butyral to dimethylformamide, adding fatty acid polyethylene glycol ester, heated at 50-60 degrees C for 3-4 minutes, mixing with amide dispersion, and stirring at room temperature, to obtain complex amide dispersion, adding styrene and dimethylformamide, stirring for 16-20 minutes, adding complex amide dispersion, stirring uniformly, adding dibenzoyl peroxide, introducing nitrogen, stirring at 70-75 degrees C for 1-2 hours, drying in the oven at 120-130 degrees C, cooling the material, to obtain polymer modified graphene, mixing polymer-modified graphene and polystyrene, adding the remaining raw materials into the mixer at 180-190 degrees C, and heating for 10-12 minutes, cooling at room temperature, cooling and grinding into fine powder, to obtain fiber-loaded transition metal polystyrene building material.
