USE - Preparation of porous array graphene ferrite composite for preventing electromagnetic radiation leakage in high powered equipments e.g. radars, navigation, household and communication equipments. ADVANTAGE - The material protects high powered equipment operators from electromagnetic radiation leaks, and is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A porous array graphene ferrite composite is prepared by placing oxidized graphite or graphene oxide in water, uniformly stirring, standing, putting suspension in beaker, heating to boil, stirring, gradually adding divalent or trivalent iron salt solution to form iron hydroxide/graphene oxide (Fe(OH)3/GO) electrostatic complex, cooling to room temperature, crystallizing using directional crystallizer, cooling at cooling speed of 1-10 degrees C/s, heating at 100 degrees C to remove water and obtain a porous texture product, placing in hydrothermal container, adding graphite oxide or graphene oxide, reacting positive and negative electric charges electrostatically to absorb graphite or graphene oxide in inner wall of porous texture product, drying to obtain porous array graphene ferrite precursor, adding 1-10 wt.% sodium borohydride solution, installing hydrothermal container interior with pressure vessel, heating to 140-180 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing, and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for directional crystallizer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of directional crystallizer.
