NOVELTY - A tomato plug seedling growth control composition comprises reagent (A) comprising 8-12 mg/L graphene oxide and 8-12 g/L trehalose; and reagent (B) comprising 8-12 mg/L graphene oxide, 8-12 g/L trehalose and 0.5-1.5 g/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate. USE - The tomato plug seedling growth control composition is used for controlling leggy growth of tomato plug seedlings, for inhibiting the elongation of the embryonic axis of the seedling after spraying and improving the photosynthetic activity of the leaves and the vitality of the root system. ADVANTAGE - The growth control composition is non-toxic and difficult to cause phytotoxicity, improves plant growth after cultivating, and ensures high-quality cultivation of tomato. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for controlling leggy growth of tomato plug seedlings comprising spraying the reagent (A) on tomato seedlings at the flat stage of cotyledon and one leaf and one core stage, where the amount of each spray is 50-150 mL/square meter, preferably 100 mL/square meter and spraying the reagent (B) on the tomato seedling at two leaves and one core stage, where the amount of each spray is 150-250 mL/square meter, preferably 200 mL/square meter.
