▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing inorganic composite film comprises: (1) mixing 0.01-2 pts. wt. graphene and inorganic nano-particle with 5-150 pts. wt. of a solvent and ultrasonically dispersing; and (2) extruding obtained graphene/inorganic nanoparticles mixed dispersion in 1-100 ml/hour of speed of an extrusion device to obtain a shaped die and solidifying shaped die with a coagulation liquid at 10-80 degrees C for 1-100 seconds. USE - The inorganic composite film is useful in an industrial field. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of: preparing pure inorganic composite film in a simple, convenient and efficient manner; and adjusting the film size according to different inorganic nanoparticle composite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing inorganic composite film comprises: (1) mixing 0.01-2 pts. wt. graphene and inorganic nano-particle with 5-150 pts. wt. of a solvent and ultrasonically dispersing; and (2) extruding obtained graphene/inorganic nanoparticles mixed dispersion in 1-100 ml/hour of speed of an extrusion device to obtain a shaped die and solidifying shaped die with a coagulation liquid at 10-80 degrees C for 1-100 seconds. The extrusion device is in cuboid structure. The inorganic nanoparticles are silicon, gold, silver, aluminum, copper, iron, zinc, chromium, nickel, cobalt, molybdenum, palladium, iridium, rhodium, ruthenium, titanium, vanadium, magnesium, indium, lanthanum, indium, antimony oxide nanoparticles and montmorillonite, clays, silicates or ceramics nanoparticles. The solvent is water, methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, N-methyl pyrrolidone, acetone, dimethyl sulfoxide, pyridine, dioxane, N,N-dimethyl formamide, N,N-dimethyl acetamide, tetrahydrofuran, butanone and/or diethylene glycol. The coagulation liquid is mainly composed 5-10 mass% of methanol solution of sodium hydroxide, 5-10 mass% of ethanol solution of sodium hydroxide, 5-8 mass% of methanol solution of potassium hydroxide, 5-8 mass% of ethanol solution of potassium hydroxide, 5-10 mass% of aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, 10-20 mass% of aqueous solution of sodium sulfate, 10-20 mass% of aqueous solution of sodium chloride, 10-20 mass% of aqueous solution of calcium chloride, 5-10 mass% of aqueous solution of sodium nitrate, 5-10 mass% of aqueous solution of calcium nitrate, 5-10 mass% of aqueous solution of sodium phosphate, 5-8 mass% of aqueous solution of potassium chloride, 5-10 mass% of aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and/or 5-15 mass% of aqueous ammonia.
