NOVELTY - Method for transferring non-planar irregular structural graphene film involves preparing a metal substrate, depositing graphene film on the surface of metal substrate by chemical vapor deposition, applying a layer of strippable gum on the substrate, drying, curing, depositing a silica gel layer on the substrate, removing the metal substrate, adhering one side of resultant pseudo-structural component having graphene film with irregular structure (A), separating graphene film from resultant product, and removing the strippable gel and the silica gel layer. USE - Method for transferring non-planar irregular structural graphene film (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for transferring non-planar irregular structural graphene film involves preparing a metal substrate having same shape as opposite structure (A) of to-be-transferred graphene film, depositing graphene film on the surface of metal substrate by chemical vapor deposition, applying a layer of strippable gum on one side of the metal substrate, drying, curing, depositing a silica gel layer formed by drying and curing a silica gel precursor on other side of the metal substrate, placing resultant metal substrate in an etching solution, removing the metal substrate, adhering one side of resultant pseudo-structural component having graphene film with irregular structure (A) in vacuum negative pressure environment, separating graphene film from resultant product, and removing the strippable gel and the silica gel layer.
