▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible nano composite material film involves (S1) mixing the liquid crystal monomer and the organic matter with amino according to a preset molar ratio, and adding a solvent and a photoinitiator to obtain a liquid crystal polymer solution through cross-linking polymerization, (S2) adding the solid hydrogel particles into the liquid crystal polymer solution, and stirring to obtain a uniform nano composite material mixed solution, (S3) pouring the obtained nano composite material mixed solution into a mold, and drying for 5-48 hours until the super absorbent polymer resin is completely dehydrated to obtain a porous flexible film, and (S5) attaching a target amount of active nano-fibers in pores of the obtained porous flexible film, and drying. USE - Preparation of flexible nano composite material film (claimed) for manufacturing flexible electrode sheet, optical, electrical, thermal, mechanical and acoustics applications. ADVANTAGE - The composite material compounded by the liquid crystal polymer (LCP) ensures elastic matrix and the active nano fibers have excellent flexibility and photoelectric property.
