NOVELTY - Preparing polyurethane material includes (1) mixing thioglycerol, KH570 and tetrahydrofuran evenly, and reacting with ultraviolet light to prepare intermediate I, mixing and stirring intermediate I, PTMG-2000, isophorone diisocyanate and adding dibutyltin dilaurate, carrying out the reaction, lowering the temperature and adding 4-amino-4H-1,2,4-triazole and tetrahydrofuran, stirring, heating up and continue stirring to obtain modified polyurethane, and (2) dissolving the modified polyurethane in dichloromethane, add reinforcing filler and propyl triethoxysilane, after stirring, cool to room temperature, add ammonium fluoride, continue to stir, adding ferrous chloride solution, continue to stir, aging, filtering and removing the filtrate, refluxing the substrate with ethanol and drying to obtain a polyurethane material. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyurethane material, which is used in aviation, traffic, medical treatment, building and textile fields. Uses include but are not limited to foam, synthetic leather, fiber, elastomer, coating and adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method provides polyurethane material with good mechanical performance. The reinforcing filler itself is multi-layer carbon layer coating structure, between carbon layer and carbon layer is filled with spiral nano carbon, which can well increase the absorbing external force. The polyuretherane on the surface and the reinforcing filler can form a core-shell structure, the cage-type silsesquioxane between the core shell can relieve impact, and the surface metal ligand is matched.
