NOVELTY - The airflow carding device comprises a device base, whose left side is provided with a fan (7). An air outlet of the fan is connected with an air outlet pipe (8). An upper end of the outlet pipe passes through an airflow carding cavity (3). A wind generated by the fan enters into the airflow card cavity. A connection of the air outlet tube and an airflow cavity disk (1) is located at a left lower side of the airflow cavity disk. A middle end of a rotating shaft is sleeved with a main transmission gear. An inner ring of an inner hole is fixedly provided with an inner gear ring. A front end face of a combing disk (9) is formed with multiple carding tooth groups. USE - Airflow carding device used in the production of graphene multidimensional flakes. ADVANTAGE - The airflow carding device achieves the purpose of carding to avoid the raw material fibers of graphene multidimensional flocculant from forming a miscellaneous group, affecting the subsequent process, discharges the gas with positive and negative ions through the air outlet hole, the raw material fibers of the graphene multidimensional flocculant in the airflow carding chamber remove static electricity.
