NOVELTY - Preparing fuel cell bipolar plate surface micro-structure, comprises (1) electroplating surface of metal plate to obtain metal plate with layer of titanium or titanium alloy electroplated layer; (2) performing alkali heat treatment to metal plate, grafting hydroxy groups on surface of the titanium or titanium alloy, performing surface amination treatment, and making titanium or titanium alloy surface with amino groups; (3) soaking the metal plate into graphene oxide solution, and forming a layer of graphene oxide layer on the grafted surface; (4) placing metal plate on three-dimensional printing platform, and performing three-dimensional printing; (5) performing hydrothermal treatment to metal plate reducing and polymerizing graphene oxide grafted to surface to form film; and (6) soaking the metal plate into epoxy resin solution with low molecular weight, adding crosslinking agent for crosslinking reaction of the epoxy resin, taking out and drying. USE - The method for preparing fuel cell bipolar plate surface micro-structure is useful in battery electrodes. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of the existing metal bipolar plate forming is difficult, and unsatisfactory corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity.
