NOVELTY - Preparing long-life flexible circuit board comprises (i) adding dimethyl sulfoxide to a stirring tank, adding gelatin to the stirring tank under the protection of nitrogen, stirring, (ii) adding diamino diphenyl ether and pyromellitic anhydride to the mixing tank after the stirring is completed, continuing to stir, and stirring for 3-5 hours to produce a brown yellow sticky modified polyimide solution, (iii) mixing fluorinated graphene with the modified polyamic acid solution, coating the mixed solution on the template by casting coating film, (iv) using the dryer to dry the template, where the drying temperature is 55-65℃ to obtain a modified polyamide mixed sheet, and then soaking in an imidization solution to soak, so as to obtain the modified Polyamide film, and (v) using modified polyamide mixed sheet as a base material, utilizing the punching device for punching and slicing the flexible circuit board after curing, so as to obtain the finished product flexible circuit board. USE - Preparation technique of long-life flexible circuit board used in electronic product. Uses include but are not limited to mobile phone, personal digital assistant (PDA), portable multimedia player (PMP), digital camera, digital video camera (DVC), digital audio player (DAP), digital photo frame (DPS). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the tensile strength of the flexible circuit board base material, reduces the elongation, and improves the elastic modulus and elongation at break of the base material. The method delays the aging time of the substrate, thus improving the service life of the circuit board.
