NOVELTY - The method comprises mixing gel active material, binder and solvent at ratio of 2: 1.6: 0.8, pouring into stirrer, stirring and dispersing for 100-150 minutes, and forming a slurry of positive and negative electrode; uniformly coating slurry on copper foil current collector according to specified thickness, putting into oven, preparing positive and negative electrode sheet, and drying for 120-180 minutes; punching pole piece by punching device into a specified shape, and forming positive and negative electrode; assembling positive and negative electrode with diaphragm, rubberizing, and forming a pole core; putting pole core into matched aluminum-plastic film, finishing top sealing and side sealing, only leaving one liquid injection port, and forming into liquid pouch cell; injecting electrolytic solution with specified amount into soft-packaged electric core; covering polyethylene composite membrane on electric core surface; and drawing out gas in electric core, and sealing. USE - Method of preparing high temperature-resistance battery .
