▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Salt-fog corrosion resistance additive comprises 70-90 pts. wt. graphene quantum dot, and 10-30 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene quantum dot. USE - The salt-fog corrosion resistance additive is useful for polyurea-based lubricating grease (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The salt-fog corrosion resistance additive: has good salt spray corrosion resistance performance. The polyurea-based lubricating grease: has excellent high temperature resistance, extreme pressure, anti-wear, salt spray corrosion resistance, good mechanical stability and chemical stability which can increase the service life of polyurea-based lubricating grease in marine environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the salt-fog corrosion resistance additive comprising preparing graphene quantum dot and fluorinated graphene quantum dot according to the material ratio, stirring and mixing the graphene quantum dot and fluorinated graphene quantum dot with a mechanical stirring grinder in an argon atmosphere, to obtain mixed powder, that is, polyurea-based lubricating grease additive; (2) polyurea-based lubricating grease comprising base oil, isocyanate, organic amine, conventional additive and special additive, where the special additive is the salt-fog corrosion resistance additive; and (3) use of graphene quantum dot as salt-fog corrosion resistance additive in polyurea-based lubricating grease.
