NOVELTY - A graphene resistance slurry of medium and low temperature curing, comprises 8 pts. wt. graphene powder, 4 pts. wt. carbon powder, 3 pts. wt. white carbon black, 3 pts. wt. nickel powder, 5 pts. wt. molybdenum powder, 10 pts. wt. boron nitride, 5 pts. wt. silver powder, 50 pts. wt. polymer binder, 2 pts. wt. additive and 10 pts. wt. solvent, and is prepared by mixing the component in a container, stirring and dispersing, and then carrying out three-roll rolling, then printing the resistance paste on the aluminum substrate by screen printing, and then introducing into the oven to slowly heat up and solidifying from the ambient temperature. USE - Graphene resistance slurry of medium and low temperature curing. ADVANTAGE - The resistance slurry has good printing performance, low cost, no deformation of the substrate, small resistivity deviation, low curing temperature, and low heating energy consumption, and realizes the purpose of heating and energy saving with an aluminum substrate as a carrier and wide application range of medium and low temperature materials.
