NOVELTY - A highly anisotropic brush material preparing method involves using acicular or flake graphite, binder, lubricant, curing agent, graphene and thinner as raw materials, placing the graphite, binder, lubricant, curing agent and graphene in a kneader for dry mixing, mixing for 1 hour, adding a diluent to the dry mixed material, and kneading for 2 hours, placing the wet mixed material in a cooling machine to be cooled, drying, and grounding wet mixed material into a powdery material, adding the dried and ground material to a hot extrusion machine for extrusion molding, extrusion molding at 60-80 degrees C, solidifying the extruded block to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing highly anisotropic brush material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables highly anisotropic brush material with high rate and strength, high reliability and yield, uniform anisotropy, reduced resistivity, and improves the anisotropic degree, and in rapid and cost effective manner.
