▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant water-based epoxy coating comprises a composite filler composed of 2-5% graphene oxide and 95-98% hydrotalcite nanomaterial (GO-LDH) containers, a corrosion inhibitor and a curing agent and the graphene material is graphene oxide, the hydrotalcite nano container (LDH) is a mixture of magnesium nitrate hexahydrate and aluminum nitrate nonahydrate and the ratio of magnesium nitrate hexahydrate to aluminum nitrate nonahydrate in the hydrotalcite nano-container is 3:1 and the loaded corrosion inhibitor material is metavanadate. USE - Used as corrosion-resistant water-based epoxy coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has simple preparation process: can realize the release of the corrosion inhibitor when corrosion occurs; improves anticorrosion performance; has good shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing corrosion-resistant water-based epoxy coating comprising loading the hydrotalcite nano-containers with corrosion inhibitors and graphene oxide are prepared by electrostatic self-assembly to obtain composite fillers, adding to the water-based epoxy resin and adding curing agent and brushing the prepared coating mixture on the aluminum alloy substrate.
