NOVELTY - A cable material comprises 40-50 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene rubber, 25-35 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate resin, 10-15 pts. wt. acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 1-2 pts. wt. iron oxide powder, 1-1.5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. silicone masterbatch, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. ferrocene, 1-1.4 pts. wt. trioctyl trimellitate, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. hindered phenol, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. tert-butylated triarylphosphate, 1-1.2 pts. wt. aluminum-zirconium bimetallic coupling agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator and 1.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. The modified graphene is prepared by adding 1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene to 1.6-1.8 mol/l dimethylformamide solution, heating at 60-70 degrees C, adding 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. or 68-75 wt.% nitric acid solution and then centrifuging, adding 3-5 pts. wt. acetone, 1-2 pts. wt. m-xylylenediamine and 2-3 pts. wt. low-carbon polyhydric alcohol and centrifuging at 2500-3000 rpm. USE - Cable material is useful for common-mode radiation-resistant computer. ADVANTAGE - The cable material has excellent radiation resistance, electromagnetic interference resistance, stability, physical and chemical property, reliability and prolonged service life, is safe and environmentally-friendly, and can be prepared in simple and economical manner.
