NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-titanium dioxide composite material involves preparing solution by dissolving titanium iron-containing precursor in absolute ethyl alcohol, adding oxidized graphene solution, hydrolyzing, obtaining amorphous titanium hydroxide nano-particles, precipitating, drying, obtaining oxidized graphene-titanium oxide composite material, adding an aqueous solution to hydrothermal reaction vessel, adding oxidized graphene-amorphous titanium oxide composite material to aqueous solution, reducing oxidized graphene, and crystallizing amorphous titanium oxide. USE - Manufacture of graphene-titanium dioxide composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient manufacture of graphene-titanium dioxide composite material by an environmentally-friendly process.
