▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing modified polyimide wear-resistant film by nano alumina composite comprises (1) preparation of graphite oxide, (2) adding graphene oxide and glucose monohydrate, aluminum chloride hexahydrate and sodium chlorate into a polytetrafluoroethylene lined autoclave to synthesizing reducing graphene oxide/nano-alumina precursor composite material, (3) clacining obtained reduced oxide graphene/nano alumina precursor composite material in an atmosphere furnace at 550 degrees C to obtain a reduced graphene oxide/nano alumina composite, and (4) adding reduced graphene oxide/nano alumina composite material to polyimide in a certain proportion to successfully prepare a wear-resistant film. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified polyimide wear-resistant film by nano alumina composite. ADVANTAGE - The film: is economical, has good wear resistance, high preparation efficiency.
