NOVELTY - Device comprises a vacuum furnace shell (13) whose lower part is provided with a horizontal box body (10). A circulating flow cooling component is set in the horizontal box body. A vertical supporting leg (11) is set at a bottom of two ends of the horizontal box body. A horizontal sealing component is matched with a transverse arc-shaped open sealing sleeve (21). A window is set on one side of an upper part of the horizontal box body. A hinge is located at one side of the window. The circulating flow cooling component is used for circularly radiating and cooling a mold shell. The horizontal sealing component is used for heating an inner container (15). A resistance heater (17) is sealed when smelting. A shuttering telescopic rotating control component is used for matching with the circulating flow cooling component for rotating auxiliary radiating shuttering. USE - Directional solidification device for casting alloy used in coagulation system used for manufacturing large size directional blade for heavy combustion engine. ADVANTAGE - The device has a modularized combined structure that is convenient to assemble and use, and realizes production operation of intelligent automation. The circulating flow cooling component greatly increases casting cooling speed and temperature gradient in the solidification process, thus reducing material solidification segregation, simplifying heat treatment of large casting, saving cost, improving efficiency, and improving tissue stability of the material. The device realizes anti-cracking of the mold shell, graphene nano-ball particles of the rotary mold for extruding and splitting, and graphene nano ball particles to the mold shell.
