▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide modified triptycene-based polyamide separation membrane involves reacting triptycene compounds, diacid chloride compounds and graphene oxide compounds containing active groups as monomers, in the presence of acid-binding agents, polymerizing in organic solvents after reaction, pouring polymer solution into solvent for precipitation, filtering precipitate, washing, cleaning, placing filtrate in oven, drying to obtain graphene oxide modified triptycene-based polymer, dissolving obtained graphene oxide modified triptycene-based polymer in organic solvent to make 0.5-40 wt.%, preferably 2-10 wt.% film casting solution, defoaming, coating on support, and placing in vacuum drying oven to drying. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide modified triptycene-based polyamide separation membrane for separation of nitrogen/volatile organic compounds mixture such as alkanes, aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, aldehydes, alcohols, and benzenes. ADVANTAGE - The method overcomes tightly packed macromolecules of network structure and breaks the limitation of small flux of traditional triptycene-based polyamide separation membranes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for separation membrane of nitrogen/volatile organic compounds mixture such as alkanes, aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, aldehydes, alcohols, and benzenes. The feed concentration on raw material side is 200-50000 ppm, temperature at -30 degrees C to 50 degrees C, and pressure of 0.1-500 kPa.
