NOVELTY - A cold spray zinc coating comprises 3-6 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 3-10 pts. wt. pure thin graphene slurry, 12-20 pts. wt. mixed solvent, 75-80 pts. wt. zinc powder, and 1-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent. USE - Cold spray zinc coating. ADVANTAGE - The cold spray zinc coating adopting modified pure thin graphene, can effectively improve compactness and anti-thick film cracking performance of coating, and sheet structure of pure thin graphene gives coating excellent barrier performance while pure thin graphene. The synergistic effect of both with zinc powder can greatly improve cathodic protection and rust inhibition of coating film, thereby increasing protection period of cold sprayed zinc coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of cold sprayed zinc coating, which involves adding powder of acrylic resin to some of mixed solvent while stirring, completing, stirring at speed of 800-1000 rpm for 30-60 minutes to acrylic resin, completing, dissolving, adding pure thin graphene slurry under stirring, stirring at 600-800 rpm for 30 minutes, adding remaining mixed solvent, anti-settling agent while stirring (-1000) rpm for 15-20 minutes, adding zinc powder while stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 30-60 minutes, and qualifying.
