NOVELTY - Capacitor shell coating comprises 13-19 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 22-30 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 15-20 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5-1.9 pts. wt. graphene, 7-15 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 5-9 pts. wt. nano-aluminum oxide, 12-18 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 15-22 pts. wt. slaked lime, 1.5-4 pts. wt. attapulgite, 3-6 pts. wt. defoamer, 13-21 pts. wt. filler, and 3-9 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Capacitor shell coating. ADVANTAGE - The capacitor shell coating has good cooling effect, good spalling resistance, aging resistance, and greatly prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of capacitor shell coating comprising respectively weighing phenolic resin, polyacrylamide and polyvinyl alcohol in a reaction kettle, adding water, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding graphene, raising the temperature to 70-80 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 2-3 hours to obtain reaction product A1, weighing nano-silicon dioxide, nano-aluminum oxide, barium sulfate, slaked lime, defoamer and reaction product A1, uniformly mixing, shearing and dispersing for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixture A2, adding attapulgite, filler and flame retardant in mixture A2, fully and uniformly stirring, and ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes to obtain the product.
