NOVELTY - Conductive silver paste comprises 60-80 pts. wt. silver powder, 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene gel, 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-5 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 1-4 pts. wt. polyamide resin, 5-10 pts. wt. diluent, 1-3 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. accelerator, 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. additives. USE - Conductive silver paste for electronic resonator. ADVANTAGE - The conductive silver paste has extremely strong tensile shear force, extremely low volume resistivity, very low viscosity, can withstand high temperature above 250 degrees C, and is suitable for reflow soldering process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a conductive silver paste, which involves: (A) mixing graphene gel, epoxy resin, phenol resin, polyamide resin, diluent, curing agent, accelerator, coupling agent, and additives in proportionL (B) using planetary mixer to mix, and stirring at 300r / min-500r / min revolution speed for 30min to prepare matrix resin; (C) adding silver powder to the prepared matrix resin gradually, mix with a planetary mixer, mix, and prepare a primary conductive silver glue; (D) putting primary conductive silver paste into a three-roll mill for grinding, the specific process parameters are 30/20 (gap, mu m) eight times, the speed is 250r / min, and the intermediate conductive silver paste is prepared; (E) using emulsifying machine to shear the intermediate conductive silver adhesive, successively at 400r / min speed for 5min; and (F) shearing at a speed of 4000r / min-5000r / min for 25min to obtain conductive silver paste.
